Sprint Planning!

As a Scrum Master, sprint planning is one of the most important events you'll facilitate with your agile team. It's a time to set goals, prioritize tasks, and estimate the work required to achieve the sprint goal.


But it's important to remember that sprint planning is not just about the Scrum Master and the development team. The Product Owner also plays a crucial role in this process. As the person responsible for defining the product vision and prioritizing the backlog, the Product Owner provides valuable input into the sprint planning process.

The Product Owner works with the team to define the sprint goal and ensure that it aligns with the overall product vision. They also help to prioritize the items in the sprint backlog, ensuring that the team is focusing on the most important tasks. And finally, the Product Owner provides context and guidance to the team during sprint planning, helping to ensure that the team is able to complete the work within the sprint timeframe.
